We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Kindly ensure that any return request is raised within this period.


2. Return Eligibility

To maintain quality and fairness, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

As part of our quality control process, returns for reasons such as change of mind, size concerns, or personal preference are not supported at this time.


3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us process your request quickly and fairly, we kindly ask customers to record a clear and continuous unboxing video when opening the package.

This is especially important for claims related to:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect deliveries

The video should clearly show:

  • Package condition before opening

  • Complete unboxing process

  • Product condition inside

Please note that claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.


4. Product Condition for Returns

For an item to qualify for return:

  • It must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


5. How to Request a Return

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the issue is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost


7. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate bank details for smooth processing


9. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping and delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable under all circumstances


10. Additional Information

  • Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back

  • Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted
